SHIPPING / RETURNS / FAQs

Vancouver Lawn Bowling Club (VLBC) is a volunteer run club. We offer our club apparel to non-members who host events at our clubhouse, visit our playing fields or check us out online.  As we are not a professional retail organization, we fulfill orders as quickly as we can.

 If you have any questions that are not addressed below, please send us a message at info@vanlawnbowling.ca. Our customer service volunteer is available and responsive between 9AM-5PM PST Monday - Friday. Please allow for a turnaround of 2 business days on average. During busier periods responses may be more delayed, however we will be in touch with you as soon as possible!

  • VLBC uses Canada Post to ship locally, nationally or internationally.

  • What is your return/exchange policy?

    Nothing is more important to us than your satisfaction. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, please play it forward to someone you know who may enjoy its’ use or donate it to a local charity.  VLBC does not accept returns or exchanges.  All sales are final.

    Customer pays shipping both ways and will be invoiced for the fee of the preferred shipping method before the new package ships. Please see below section for specific instructions for US and International exchanges.

  • What are your shipping options?

    At checkout, we offer flat-rate shipping based on the address you provide. For BC wide address our flat rate shipping is $10 and for other Canada wide addresses our flat rate shipping is $18.  All orders within Canada are untracked and uninsured delivery through Canada Post.

    For local residents we offer a free pickup option at the VLBC Clubhouse in Queen Elizabeth Park, Vancouver, BC.

    Please allow up to 72 hours for order processing in addition to shipping time, and 5-7 business days processing time during sales. If you require your order sooner, please email us and we will do our very best to accommodate the turnaround requested.
